Schedule of Events

The Mardi Gras Invitational includes the following events:

MGI Career Fair
Louisiana Superdome - Bienville Club Room
Wednesday, February 3, 2010
1 p.m. - 5 p.m.

The Mardi Gras Invitational Career Fair will welcome over 150 employers and at least 1,200 students for this premier recruiting event. Representatives will have an opportunity to talk with students and alumni at the fair. Additionally, there is the availability for onsite interviewing on this day for those companies who cannot stay until the MGI Interviewing Day on Wednesday.

New Orleans Hornets vs. The Oklahoma City Thunder

Join the Association of New Orleans Career Services Offices as we cheer on the New Orleans Hornets to victory against the OK City Thunder. Every Employer that attends the MGI Career Fair gets a ticket to the game for each of their registered representatives (and guests).

MGI Interview Day
Louisiana Superdome - Bienville Club Room
Thursday, February 4, 2010
8 a.m. - 4:15 p.m.

This day is for companies to conduct one-on-one, 30 minute interviews with participants from the Mardi Gras Invitational Career Fair. Recruiters are encouraged to arrange interviews from contact with applicants the day of the career fair.

Fees and Important Information

The registration fee for the Mardi Gras Invitational
Career Fair and Interview Day is only $1000.00

Sponsorships are also available for greater visability

This fee includes the following:

One booth space for the Career Fair on February 3, 2010*
Unlimited Interview Schedules for February 4, 2010
Meals for all recruiters for February 3 and 4, 2010
Parking for all recruiters on February 3 and 4, 2010

Your registration fee covers the costs for all recruiters that you bring.

There is no limit or minimum, you pay one flat rate regardless of the number.

We are NOT charging for any additional recruiters,so bring 'em all to New Orleans.

Additional Costs
Extra table at the Career Fair (2/3)- $500.00

There is no additional costs for electrical access and internet.

Please identify on the registration form if you will need to be placed near electricity for ease of use.

The room will be outfitted with wireless internet, so no reservations for internet will be necessary. We will provide any necessary connection information to you when you arrive.
