Fees and Registration Costs

The registration fee for the Mardi Gras Invitational
Career Fair and Interview Day is only:

$1000.00

This fee includes the following:

One booth space for the Career Fair on February 3, 2010*
Unlimited Interview Schedules for February 4, 2010
Meals for all recruiters for February 3 & 4, 2010
Parking for all recruiters on February 3 and 4, 2010

Your registration fee covers the costs for all recruiters that you bring.
There is no limit or minimum, you pay one flat rate regardless of the number.
We are NOT charging for any additional recruiters,so bring 'em all to New Orleans.

Venue

The Louisiana Superdome is immediately recognized as the biggest and best venue for conventions, concerts and Sunday NFL domination in the entire Gulf South. The Superdome can be accessed by cab, bus or via the Interstate 10. There is a "Louisiana Superdome" exit no matter what direction you are driving from.

Additional Costs

Extra table at the Career Fair (2/3)- $500.00
If you would like an additional table or booth then you may do so at half-price in addition to your registration fee.

The success of this event is due in large part to our generous sponsors over the years, who have underwritten a portion of our costs in return for premium services. If you would like to add sponsorship to your registration the fees are as follows:

King of Carnival Sponsor - $3,500.00
As a King of Carnival (KOC) Sponsor your company will be idenitified as a premier sponsor at the Career Fair Brunch and on all associated advertising. Your logo will also be displayed on printed materials and other items used to promote MGI on the seven campuses involved in the fair. Your company will also be mentioned in all press releases related to the event and highlighted for job seekers as a premier organization to investigate.

Your company will receive premium table placement at the Career Fair. You will also receive a full-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company logo listing on our Welcome Banner, placement on the in room monitors during the event and associated advertising. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

Gold Sponsor - $2,000.00
As a Gold Sponsor your company will receive premium table placement at the Career Fair, a full-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company logo listing on our Welcome Banner, and logo listing as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

Green Sponsor - $1,750.00
As a Green Sponsor your company will receive a half-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide, company name listing on our Welcome Banner, and recognition as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

Purple Sponsor - $1,500.00
As a Purple Sponsor your company will receive a quarter-page advertisement in the MGI Career Fair Guide and recognition as a sponsor in the MGI Career Fair Guide. The sponsorship fee includes your career fair registration.

There is no registration deadline. Space is limited and admittance will be made until all space is filled.

Please note, the closer to the event that you register, the less time there is to advertise your participation in the event.
